Medicare Rebate - Available

Evidence based focused psychological therapies that meet criteria for Medicare Better Access initiative are provided. This gives people access to mental health professionals support for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your general practitioner you can claim the Medicare rebate which is currently $96.65. To obtain the rebate you will need to pay the full fee and then you will be reimbursed from Medicare your rebate of $96.65 within 2-3 business days. Your out of pocket expense will be $113.35.

NDIS

Evidence based services that meet criteria for psychological therapy under NDIS legislation. Your NDIS provider can be invoiced directly or you can choose to pay the fee and seek reimbursement.

External Agency

DCJ Foster Care Agency. External agency / provider directly can be invoiced directly.

Victim’s Services - No fee to you

Registered to provide services under the NSW Government’s Victim Services. If you meet criteria for Victim’s Services please contact me to see how you can access up to 22 sessions.

Please note that the Australian Psychological Society recommended fee is currently $311 per year.
